The team is currently working on to resolve the battery issues, so that H1Siri runs faster on A4 devices. The statement comes directly from the H1-Siri team:

UPDATE : Download H1-SiRi 1.0 tonight in http://h1-siri.com but no connection at the moment! #h1-siri

We remind you that the A5 is required to jailbreak the posting of our H1-SIRI on issues of legality, we can not deny that we had a problem with H1-Siri, the battery to flow more fast as usual … we try to correct the problem, but we will do everything to ensure that the work on the A4 SiRi works.

H1Siri was initially released last month in cydia to port Siri Voice recognition to iPhone 4, but required modifying some copyrighted files that aren’t supposed to be distributed and was not legal and was pulled back. Now, the latest version will take the advantage of A5 untethered jailbreak (expected to release soon) to fetch the required files legally and connect to servers.

As Pod2g and Dream team has almost ready with the iPhone 4S and iPad 2 untethered jailbreak, H1Siri can also be used from that time. You can just download H1Siri tonight from the site and use the guide here to install H1Siri on iPhone 4 and older devices.
