Firecore has released Seas0nPass to support untethered jailbreak for Apple TV 4.441 (iOS 5.0.1). Seas0nPass jailbreak uses the Pod2g untethered jailbreak exploit to create custom IPSW firmware for Apple TV as used in Redsn0w and Corona. The latest verison of seas0nPass works for both windows and mac.
