‘IconRotator’ Tweak Rotates SpringBoard Icons based on Orientation

The famous developer Ryan Petrich has come up with a simple but a very useful tweak named “IconRotator”. IconRotator tweak rotates the apps on the Springboard of your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch according to the orientation of the device so to always face upright.

If you rotate your idevice left, the directions of icons will turn left and so on. The animations are quite cool and transition is very smooth. Though the tweak is very simple but there is not other tweak that does the similar job. Strange isn’t it? Check the video of the app below.

IconRotator does not add any setting option but you just need to ReSpring your device after installing the app. IconRotator is free and can be found under Ryan Petrich’s repository in cydia or you can add the repo by going onto Manage>Sources>Edit>Add: http://rpetri.ch/repo.  Isn’t it a simple and useful?
