Apple has yesterday released the iOS 6 beta firmware for all iOS devices. Hacker Veeence has stated that iOS 6 is not compatible with Rocky Raccon exploits, so, users will not be able to jailbreak iOS 6 with Absinthe and other tools.
Additionally, Veeence also mentioned that Apple has implemented a new security layer with KASLR technique which will require new exploits to be discovered to jailbreak the devices on iOS 6.
No. iOS 6 is not compatible with the Rocky Racoon exploits. iOS 6 now as KASLR, a new security layer (anti-JB), so new exploits are needed.

However, it is not much time, we got the jailbreak for iOS 5.1.1 firmware and now Apple has released the iOS 6 beta firmware which includes major features and enhancements. Though iOS 6 was very much expected in the WWDC event, it is highly recommended for jailbreakers and unlockers to stay away from iOS 6 updates to preserve their jailbreaks and unlocks.
