Step 1: You need to open Cydia and navigate to Manage> Sources> Edit and add the URL “http://repo.bingner.com” to add the bingner repo.
Step 2: Now, select the package SAM from the list of sources and install SAM. You will see a button to “Reload SpringBoard”, press the button.
Step 3: Once SAM is installed you will see the SAmPrefs icon on your screen. Now insert the new SIM card and open the SAMPrefs from your springboard.

Step 4: Open SAMPrefs and click the option Utilities. On the appearing screen, make sure that “Method” option shows “Auto Detect”. If not, then you need to manually select the original carrier in the “By Country and Carrier”.
Step 5: Select “Attempt Activation” button from the appearing screen. [Note: If you don’t see “Attempt Activation” button and are getting “De-Activate iPhone” option, click on it then you will see the “Attempt Activation” button.
Step 6: You will see an processing wait pop up. Once it is done, the device will respring itself and your device will be unlocked.
